Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used across the company as our main collaboration tool. It is used throughout our brainstorm sessions, workshops, and company-wide events on a daily basis. Since we are an international company, this allows for our teams to easily and efficiently work together in real-time, no matter the distance.

Considering we are a large company, it was a bit overwhelming at first. But the Miro team accompanied our support staff very well, allowing us to fully comprehend the product features, all while letting us explore Miro and gather feedback through our usage of the app. All teams were able to use the product right away, and no glitch was found during the process.
Miro was easy to integrate. Certain team members had already used it beforehand and were familiar with it, so the process went smoothly for them. Being a large international company means the integration took time, but all in all, the product was available to use right away, and migrating the information from existing boards was done without any issues.
Miro has allowed for collaboration to run smoothly. It made our meetings more efficient, as we were able to use ready-made templates. Also, features such as timekeeping were useful for time-sensitive activities. Miro has defied time zone and location constraints, which has made our teams more productive in the long term.

Miro is much more user-friendly. Multiples users can visualize and contribute to the board in real-time, which allows for smooth brainstorming and workshop sessions. The whiteboard method gives us more creative freedom and creates a visual (and almost tangible) result, where our team members can truly see the impact of their collaboration.
Miro is perfect for collaborating with large teams, especially when working remotely. The templates are suitable for various brainstorming scenarios, and the editing tools allow us to fully exploit our creative side. The interface is user-friendly, and not at all overwhelming, even if we are more than 20 people on the board at the same time. The auto-save feature gives us peace of mind and lets us fully focus on our work.
