Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I've seen it being used more in multiple departments versus Lucidchart. The scrolling and the quick view on the right that lets you know there is more of the flow-chart to discover has allowed users to create flows as large as they need. I have definitely seen an impact in how it's used to then allow the user to put it all on the Miro board.
  • User Experience.
  • Look.
  • Usability.
  • Preview before exporting.
  • Quick zoom out and in.
  • Reduced meeting time.
  • Increased understanding of soon to be implemented flow.
Sorry, I'm not sure I understand the meaning even with the tip, sorry.
If you mean integrating into the day to day, seamless. It's very easy to navigate
Yes, in a positive way. The ability to leave notes and the walkthrough overlay that told me where to find things was very welcoming and helpful. I entered a very large Miro whiteboard for my company and was easily able to scroll and see notes from other teams.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I wasn't part of the decision-making for Miro but I have experienced both as someone showed new flow using both and Miro just looks better and has a more collaborative use.

It's been very well suited for visualizing a new decision flow as well as organizational structure, but as for less appropriate, I wouldn't use it in the way I use a spreadsheet but that's not its purpose... so I guess the only thing I can say is that exporting as a CSV was odd to me because it took the information and tried to place it where it thought would be good. If there's a pdf or CSV export, I'd suggest a preview.
