Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Personal use for idea development + rehashing, moodboarding, website layout design, project management, and product development.

Pros

  • Flexibility - same space, many different uses.
  • Visuals-oriented.
  • Supportive community - easy onboarding with this tool.

Cons

  • Would like to see better/closer integration with the notion.
  • Sense of control over multiple projects happening at once in different (sometimes vastly different) areas of work.
  • Less chaos and stress around project management.

It's excellent when you start with a project with miro already in use but once a project is started transferring information is obviously time-consuming and requires rethinking, which is sometimes good and sometimes a chore.
Did not work remotely or collaborate with the tool.

Totally different and pretty compatible.
Most appropriate for organizing and upstream work in design and ideation less suitable for high-resolution work (for me).
