Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to design and explain the system architecture and database modeling while developing. Other than that we use it for grouping lots of concepts together with MECE, and finally, develop a new methodology for our studies.

Pros

  • Modelling.
  • Overview.

Cons

  • Configurability.
  • Better and easier visuals.
  • Quick overview drawing.
Force people to play around in it.
Had no trouble. Very intuitive.
It is way easier to draw out ideas when everyone is visible and has access to the same board.

I still use draw for formal sketches. Miro has a more cartoonish feeling and bodes best when being delivered in a context that doesn’t need to be precise but rather visual. really like the mind map and auto-balancing feature of Miro though. All my tree figures are built-in Miro, and this was the sole reason I choose it over others.
The perfect tool for creating really quick images. Would be perfect if multiple frames could be exported at once and if there were an RGB color picker.
