Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is being used in many improvement projects across the organization and has been especially useful during the Covid 19 period when people were unable to meet and work together. Via this tool, we mapped the current process with the contribution from different departments in order to clarify the process steps, analyze the value stream, identify process waste, and work on improvements.

  • Ability to export documents and connect with external sources.
  • Changes tracking and offline workspace.
  • Voting tool with post-its.
  • Include simple Microsoft Excel formulas / graphs.
  • Visualize process waste.
  • Calculate process lead times.
Very satisfied with the implementation and the support provided by the Miro team on licenses and accesses. Everything went well and we were able to set up all licenses even if we started tool preparation two weeks before the event.
It was very easy to provide training in Miro to all users and they were all able to participate and contribute to the boards. We did a training session before the kick-off project meeting and even users who joined us later had no difficulties using the tool.
As mentioned previously, I got to know Miro during the pandemic situation and I could not imagine an alternative way to achieve the same results on process improvement without this tool. It played an essential role in teamwork and communication.

Much more e-space and features, including frames, shapes, links to external sources, track of changes, voting button, timer for tasks. It is also important to highlight that the tool performs in desktop and online versions with no issues (bug/etc).
It is definitely a good tool for real-time collaboration when employees are located in different countries or working remotely. We used it for process improvement but it can be used in any project execution as well since the frames can be adapted to fit all purposes.
