Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It is mostly used in the Product and UX Design teams for collaboration and brainstorming meetings held virtually due to Covid.
  • Online collaboration.
  • Real time updates for all users.
  • Easy tools for drawing.
  • It could be a little overwhelming for someone using whiteboard tools for the first time. Some sort of quick start video tutorials could be useful.
Miro has definitely made it easier to collaborate virtually and be able to access the artifacts by individual participants later.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

It was an organizational decision to use Miro. One drawback we did have with Mural that I used earlier was we had to be logged in to the VPN. Not sure if that was an implementation issue or because we were using the free version.
Digital.ai Agility (formerly VersionOne), Microsoft Teams, Zoom
Very well suited for Design sprints. Submitting, evaluating, and voting ideas in a big group virtually. Less suited for whiteboarding things in a meeting with a small group and everyone present in the same room. The physical board is still the easiest way.
