Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We are a scaled agile organization and we leverage Miro in our PI planning, various scrum team, and ART ceremonies. We are a global organization and this allows us to collaborate in real-time while being geographically distributed.

Cons

  • Performance with large numbers of users all at once.
  • Integration with other applications.
  • It has sped up our PI planning sessions.
  • It has helped facilitate conversations with diverse, geographically distributed teams that must collaborate virtually.
Implementation was well done, our representatives from Miro were helpful and knowledgeable.
The Miro team was very helpful in setting up our integrations. Configuration instructions were easily accessible and easy to understand.
It has been central to our organization's ability to collaborate - this was magnified during our 18months spent in a fully remote environment.
