Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We highly use Miro for Program Increment planning and team planning. We also use Miro to track the stories we create in our Scrum Agile team as the main methodology for project management. It solves the problem of having a big team remotely accessing a tool. It's highly suitable for our needs.
  • Smooth transitions (zoom and drag and drop).
  • Big list of templates.
  • User interaction between people.
  • It requires advance hardware to render and move components.
  • The CTRL+V function doesn't work well sometimes.
  • Lock and unlock is not very intuitive.
  • Saving costs for online meetings.
  • People are more interested in topics with such a fancy look & feel.
  • Online trainings.
The easy-to-use interface works for all kinds of people.
It has a big impact on the organization because the whole IT is using Miro.

There is a big difference between these other products, Miro is much better.
As a specific scenario to use Miro I would say that is really good for Scrum/Kanban methodology. It's also perfect for training, reviews, and retrospective meetings. It's also very nice for presentations and people introduction. Is less appropriate for document writing/review. It's not very useful for this use case.
