Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Miro is used by the whole firm. The vast majority of the events are organized in a remote setup where it helps in a dynamic collaboration between individuals/teams.

Pros

Clear and self-explanatory description on how to use.
Possibility to use on mobile device.
Seeing others' updates live and seamlessly.

Cons

Adding more supported languages.

Return on Investment

It has enhanced the overall training/workshop experience.
Allowed better and more fun interactions with peers.

Implementation Rating

I was not responsible for implementation in the firm itself, however, the way it has been introduced in any events was pretty convenient. Learning how to use Miro did not take much time and was fun.

Ease of Integration

Not sure - not been in a position to test the ease of integration.

Collaboration

It has impacted the ability to collaborate significantly. Projects/workshops became more live and interactive.
