Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is being used across the organization mainly as a whiteboard and visitation tool for workflows, processes, etc. I am currently using it to design recommendations for org structures and process design which is extremely easy to do on Miro. The tool itself is very user friendly and easy to learn.
  • Build workflows.
  • Collaboration across multiple teams.
  • Visualization.
  • Logo designing.
  • Gradients.
  • Assign tasks.
  • Allowed me to visualize and build out a new onboarding process to reduce onboarding time drastically improving customer experience and time to transaction.
No implementation was required. Web based.
N/a to my knowledge.
It's allowed us to do exactly what it says it would. Teams can be great for universal collaboration, but nothing beats the true lifetime collaboration you get with Miro.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

  • MURAL (formerly Mural.ly)
I think they are almost the same product. I need to spend more time with each to tell the significant difference.
MURAL (formerly Mural.ly), Azure DevOps Server (formerly Team Foundation Server), Microsoft Teams
Miro is well suited for situations where you need to collaborate with multiple people or teams. It allows for everyone to work together at the same time in a whiteboard environment and share ideas. It also saves work instantaneously so nothing ever gets lost. It's not the best tool for project tracking.
