Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is being used across many departments, both for academic purposes and IT resources management. Mind Maps and Canvas are the main templates used by me and my teams. However, this platform has an extensive range of other tools, including Kanban, Brainwriting, etc.I strongly recommend Miro, and I point out that its board model, in which a large team can work at the same time, is revolutionary.
  • Mind Maps
  • Brainwriting
  • Canvas
  • Agile Workflows
  • The image uploading feature could be improved
  • Lack of a Discord plugin
  • Lack of a Google Classroom plugin (although it has a Google Drive plugin)
  • Reduced project completion time
  • Reduced costs
  • Improved productivity
Overall, it is important to point out that Miro is a very accessible and reliable tool. It provides a good user experience, having an intuitive design.

Miro is really cheap to implement, and it also does not require lots of resources spent on training.

I would recommend a concomitant first use, so the whole team would experience it together.
It's really easy to integrate Miro among other tools used in a company.

For example, it has many plugins embedded on it.

I point out that the Google Drive plugin was very handful to me. Using it, I was able to upload and organize my Miro files. The Zoom extension is also perfect.
During the early stages of the pandemic, our teams were quite lost. Although we work with tecnology, we were accostumed to working side-by-side.

Miro was the tool that made our lifes easier. We started to reorganize our workflows, and digitalize our documents. Now, even with the possibility to return to the old process, we won't do it.

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Would you buy Miro again?

Canva is way too focused on medias. Miro, on the other hand, aims to improve working routines.
Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), Zoom, Discord
Miro is strongly recommended for brainstorm among teams working remotely. Also, it has state-of-art features for agile workflows, blueprinting and costumer mapping.

Miro is not recommended for remote co-creation of texts, presentations, posts, business cards, regular documents, videos and other medias. For those, there are way better options available out there.
