Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used across the organization. Mainly for brainstorming and group activities as well as workshops.

Pros

  • Team collaboration.
  • Enough room.
  • Flexible in how it can be used.

Cons

  • The cursors are messy with a lot of people.
  • The boards switch around and it's a pain to lock them individually.
  • The sharing functionality is not very intuitive.
  • ROI is unclear as of now.
  • More creative workshopping.
  • Great for remote use.
It's great for working remotely and still being able to do workshops.

  • MURAL (formerly Mural.ly)
Mural was the same to me but I'm not sure about pricing differences.
It's good and bad. It's a great tool for collaboration and brainstorming. But it can also get messy with too many people on a board and is distracting.
