Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It is used during cross-functional workshops and for daily management especially if the participants are located all over the world. It helps to provide a board where everybody can work in the same instance and watch the results.

Pros

  • Cross functional platform.
  • Allows [simultaneous] work on it.
  • Monitors in a well received way.
  • Ease of use.
  • Capable of all creative solutions we need there.

Cons

  • I am not sure if it is already included but some logic to make dependable cards would be welcome.
  • A pitcher/catcher assignment could improve a lot, that has some AI logic behind it.
  • Copy and paste are sometimes very difficult, especially if you want to copy complex things.
  • Better communication and efficiency.
  • Better overview over needed actions and timing.
Not really. I am just a user, but in a project leader role.
I think it is naturally a huge step at first for every participant to get the first steps done and integrate their work into it. But soon afterward they earn the fruits!
By this, we were able to connect the USA, Europe, and China on the same project. So they have the same picture and get notified about changes.

Excel is powerful but if you assign a file for simultaneous work on it you often experience crashes... it is a nightmare!
It is very good for board planning via swimlanes. It is less useful for creating action plans.
