Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I think that miro really helps with collaborative work. It has this amazing versatility to sketch practically anything you need and in very intuitive ways so people who do not have any experience with design tools can manage it. On the other side, I think it has some opportunities when it comes to integration capabilities with other documentation platforms. We use this for our team meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions.
  • Brainstorming session
  • Process mapping
  • Ease of access
  • Better collaboration
Easy to collaborate, and integrate well with other tools. Great licensing capability by providing day pass and view - comment only access for users who don't require to use it for long term/every day.
We started using this tool when we went remote in March 2020 at the beginning of the pandemic. It gave us a tool to collaborate remotely with ease in our agile working ways. At the same time, the security of the work was not compromised.
It has been extremely helpful during the COVID-19 pandemic, although it depends on the particular use case and even the specific user.

Miro is an excellent tool for conducting extensive workshops online. In many cases, the experience - aside from the interim socializing - is even better than physical meetings because it is very easy to track and see which participants are engaged and which are not. Workshops can be prepared excellently, parts of them can be hidden for the time being and the execution is supported by tools like timers and voting.
