Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Used for training purposes whilst working from home, it's very good for tracking user interaction when cameras are not on. I like it because I have the flexibility to use it for whatever I need and can use it as much as I want. I used this to explain how to demonstrate the way in which broadband is connected to the home and used pictures allowing advisors to drag and connect to make the setup.
- User interaction.
- Multiple users on at once.
- Flexibility to create my own content.
- Can be laggy or slow with many user.
- Zooming in can be difficult and then you get lost.
- I’d like to see more options when it comes to typing notes.
- Saves the company thousand on not having to go into office as this replaces that.
- Saves a lot of time because I can do a group and not 1 at a time.
- I can see who is active and who is not and question them.
It's been great to showcase new projects and have others visually present their views or opinions. We can put ideas to life and see what someone is thinking rather than trying to picture it.
