Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used to map user journeys, linking every user interaction element. Miro allows us to place all the creative work in one place and create buckets like - CRM journey, print material, product packaging, etc. Moreover, we work with agencies a lot and they always present their creative work in Miro - a nice way to give feedback on the tool and have changes done fast. For training, Miro is also a good way to push people to submit their answers anonymously.

Pros

  • Comments on the creatives
  • Easy navigation
  • Images quality is never compromised.

Cons

  • Bringing me back to the creative option would be nice, because often when zooming in or out too far it's hard to find where we were working.
  • Calendar extension.
  • Reduced creative delivery time.
  • Better workshop flow.
  • Improved process understanding - mapping.
Easy to work with.
It is extremely helpful in these home office times. Everyone can access the board at a convenient time for them.

In my opinion, Figma and Miro are very similar tools. In my experience, I did not see a big difference.
The perfect tool for creative collaboration or processes mapping. Great for the brainstorming discussions, where participants can insert ideas at the same time.
