Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It is used during projects with our clients - it can be for different clients from different industries (we are a consulting firm). It is especially used to organize workshops, as with more people working from home and during the Covid period, we had to organize remote workshops.

Pros

Cons

  • I had trouble working with Miro existing template - could be enhanced.
  • Notes format could be more flexible (modification of length and width).
  • Positive impact: conduct 10 workshops with Miro, included 100 contributors.
  • Generation of ideas : 190 use cases identified during the 10 workshops with Miro.
All went well - the link we send to participants was working well, we did not have any issues.
Miro was easy to use - just need less than 5 minutes to get started. The users we invited had different profiles (level of seniority, function..) but all managed to use Miro.
N/A - we only used Miro on existing projects.

Well suited to organize remote workshops and generate ideas Less appropriate if a large number of users are required (I would say no more than 20) as it would be complicated to analyze data generated after.
