Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro within our subsidiary organization. We try to use it to clearly structure and map complicated content. I work in a highly individual customer environment and therefore it is important to be able to map complex relationships that can be kept in a certain overview. Furthermore, we use Miro to map and structure procedural processes within the organization. It is also important that many employees can simultaneously gain insight and the opportunity to actively participate.

  • Processing of several complex topics at the same time.
  • High number of simultaneous users.
  • Very simple visualization of the tools to be used.
  • The speed in some sections is in need of improvement.
  • The click transmission or drag & drop actions do not work now and then.
  • The overview of the participating "mouse pointers" very often overlaps the part of the view that you want to edit. This option cannot be turned off.
  • Due to the processing of very many simultaneous participants, a significant time saving is possible.
  • All face-to-face meetings can theoretically be handled online, thus saving travel costs and expenses.
The ease of implementation and participation in Miro Boards are the deciding factors. The learning of the individual tools etc is kept very intuitive and is based on classic operating system applications such as Microsoft Office or similar applications. It is therefore very easy for Office users to find their way around the Miro environment. The Miro workshops in particular help you to move around Miro even more easily.
Currently, our company structure is being reorganized and process-related topics are clearly in focus. With Miro, we have gathered about 25 simultaneous participants from different areas to present very difficult topics in an overview. For us as a company, such possibilities are exactly what we need to effectively simplify and clearly map complex subject matter.

I know of no other product that offers this performance and clarity.

I see Miro as a very suitable tool to work on very complex topics with many participants in a large circle. This includes internal processes, restructuring of specific topics/company structures/personal topics/customer inquiries.
