Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We go for sprint planning where all team members need to come up with to-do items, which are being viewed virtually by everyone on the board, and this helps the whole team to discuss the task list and plan on future goals.
  • Adding sticky notes on tasks to do.
  • Deciding priority based on color tags.
  • Deciding workflow via the diagram.
  • The resizing of the sticky notes.
  • The navigation to left and right is slow.
  • The sprint planning got easier.
The limited access to Miro for users, made only a few users edit it. if too many comments are placed on a single sticky note, then it seems messed up. Also, the colour codes can be a bit more so that we can have more variation in the sticky notes.
It's overall a good tool for planning work. But then again when a large number of people try to make changes on the board, the laggy screen for navigation, the update time is taken and the comments part get a bit messy. This kind of hampers the speed of work to be done on the Miro board.
Miro’s online whiteboard helps unite team members working in different locations like India, New York, etc. This made it easy for everyone to put their tasks on the board and the planning discussion became smoother. This helped us to plan our work and move together with a plan in mind.

Planning and viewing it virtually for a group of people, is the best. Sometimes, with too many users, it feels jumbled up considering the small screen, where I am viewing it. When a lot of sticky notes are placed, the letters are too small, considering the zoom out on the screen. Navigation throughout the board still feels laggy.
