Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I can recommend Miro as a digital whiteboard or flipchart to collaboratively work on creative tasks. But I can not recommend it as a kanban tool. Using Miro as kanban for our team just made additional work instead of decreasing it because of the bad workflow. Additionally, it misses essential features for a kanban-tool, e.g. assigning more than one person to a task, checklists, and more.
- Render big images if you zoom.
- Kanban - whole or not at all.
- We spent time trying it and now are not using it anymore.
Like a Whiteboard, just online and digital. Using a whiteboard works but you do not feel like a rocket scientist. There is no big impact but you can do team workshops in-home office if needed. I would recommend getting vaccinated and doing team workshops in the presence.
