Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Here in Dti, we have a department of design that create boards and another layout to improve understanding of many things. Discovery with our clients. Design thinking to our colleges. Brainstorm to another functionality. We have a board with our teams. We use it to construct retrospectives. We usually create delegation poker to include our responsibilities of a specific function here.

  • Navigation, sometimes is difficult to new users.

  • Absolutely improve productivity.
  • Reduce project completion time.
  • To share idea with a lot of people.
I think Miro has a lot of things, things that I and my team never used. I recently see the functionality to view other templates from other users, and I think it has punctuation to that template will be nice. Imagine that a share my template with my colleagues and then they can vote one to five stars, and show the most voted templates on the main dashboard.
I think Miro is very easy to integrate with other platforms, I use Google Drive, Figma, and Azure before, and it was very easy to integrate with these platforms. You just need to click on the platform add, link, and authorize the platform to access and integrate the data of the cards.
Miro helped my team squad, and my organization to improve a lot of processes in this remote context. My organization is full presential before, and Miro is a jack of tools for us to connect people and contribute to our current project and new projects. Our clients enjoy the Miro too and some of them use it in their own organizaton.

Templates, the way we get the templates is easier and more fluent than other platforms like Miro. I think Miro has a lot of functionality than other products. Sometimes I think Miro is more difficult to user learn if they usually use another platform, but within no time they learn and produce more with Miro.

Miro is good to connect people to brainstorm, collect ideas, share ideas with a team, construct design to a product, prototype construct MVP, flowcharts to complex functionality. Is good for bringing things visual, to show some points, to presentation. I think Miro is not good to construct complex prototypes, maybe MVP.
