Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Developing operational and/or business models using Miro helps bring an idea to life in minutes. It's crisp, clear and I use it for everything from workshops to drafting designs for analytics dashboards or to illustrate models. It's simple to use and can convey information so clearly, it's very nice. Especially the fact that you can co-work on the same project on Miro is really a plus.

Pros

  • Co-working LIVE in same project.
  • Illustrate Models.
  • Use as visualization tool to translate raw ideas.
  • Workshop.

Cons

  • It would be great to have a presentation possiblity like powerpoint, it already has all the rest.
  • Sometimes the locking of elements feels clunky and not so intuitive.
  • Reduced project completion time.
  • Improved productivity.
It's important to make sure that everybody has adequate training with the tool to serve their specific purposes.
It's all so intuitive.
Especially since the pandemic, we've been extensively using it to hold meetings and workshops. It does the trick and eliminated the need for a whiteboard.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro just has many more functionalities and plugin possibilities (JIRA for example).
If you are somebody who leads projects on a regular basis or holds workshops where you need attendees to be actively involved. Miro really is the go-to tool to help you with those types of tasks. It's quick, easy to use, and doesn't need much explanation.
