Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro as small groups of 3-5. As UX Designers, Miro is a tool used to organised and structure data. Furthermore, ideation processes are also done. There are some instances where we use it to create low-fi wireframes. Miro is useful for us to have a place to keep all of the data and it is easy for everyone to see as a group. One problem we face with this program is that we are unable to copy images directly from Miro to anywhere else. Another problem is the scale. Many times the scale is difficult to know so we end up having too big frames or too small. If there was an easier way to see the current scale we have would be nice.
- Easy to move objects to organise.
- Easy to import outside media.
- Many plugins to help with our tasks (e.g. Mindmap).
- Sharing the link to many others.
- The mindmap feature could have more variety of shapes to put texts in.
- The ability to change the background colour of Miro.
- Having a more selection of brushes when we need to draw on Miro.
- Improve communication via online meetings.
- Easy area to organise data.
- Visually appealing to many people.
This was very useful for my workspace because we had many members of the group living in different countries. It definitely makes it possible to work with people from many different countries. Miro makes it feel like the people are working in the same space despite they live far away from each other.
