Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We first started using Miro when we wanted to run a brainstorming session as a team but working from home meant we couldn't resort to the usual flipcharts and whiteboards.
  • Allowing multiple users to edit simultaneously.
  • The main screen could be streamlined to contain fewer options so it feels less cluttered and enables people to work more efficiently.
  • Miro has helped us connect as a team during a difficult period of homeworking - and this has helped staff retention and productivity.
I haven't integrated it into anything else so can't comment.
It is really useful for collaborating on new projects, especially as it allows multiple people to 'speak'.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is really well suited to situations where you have multiple people contributing and you want to be able to capture all of the ideas simultaneously. As it can get quite messy with lots of contributors, it does need someone to take responsibility for facilitating the board.
