Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro allowed me to collaborate effectively with my clients.

  • Hard to sign on to site for new users.
  • My clients were impressed by the tool's functionality.
New user account setup is difficult in my experience.
As I previously said, I spent a lot of time making sure my users set up their accounts.
I used Miro on a project with over 30 clients. The 30 clients came from all around the globe (US, UK, Singapore, Spain). Everyone agreed the tool was effective for planning an iteration on an agile program increment. I also appreciated the pre-configured boards that were purpose-built for the uses I had.

Better interface. The Jamboard looks unprofessional, but Miro looks clean. Also, there are many more features on Miro.
Miro is a great collaboration tool. It is a little difficult when new users come in and can't get access to the tool. It would be great if there was a feature for guests to be able to collaborate by only sharing their name (and not an account).
