Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro to facilitate workshops with multiple stakeholders. Miro solves a business problem of (virtually) bringing everyone to 1 page.
  • Easy to paste pictures
  • Multiple users making updates at the same time.
  • Zooming in / out
  • Fiddly to move around Miro
  • Selecting / Aligning objects
  • Locking / unlocking objects so that they don’t move
  • Accidentally creating post-its
  • Reduced project completion time.
  • Improved productivity.
It is worth understanding top tips on how Miro admin is set up.
I took a point off because Miro has room to grow in making it more intuitive.
Miro helped us to virtually be on the same page.

Miro is suitable for New project kick-off, Project planning e.g sprint planning, and any kind of brainstorming where the quantity of ideas is important. Miro is less appropriate for detailed requirements gathering.
