Strategy problems - defining strategic direction collaboration on solving specific problems - for example, customer journey problem / pain point identification and solutions.

No, seem less implementation
Not taskless but no major issues.
Hugely, this would have been almost impossible with virtual working without solutions like Miro.

  • MURAL (formerly Mural.ly) and Trello
Simpler to use than the others.
Well suited for any task that required gathering information from multiple people. Brainstorming ideas. Prioritising ideas. It’s the optimal digital workshop tool. It doesn’t replace physical gathering around a whiteboard, and can be slow to respond given its ultimately a web app. Generally very good though and would recommend to others.
