Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is used as a virtual collaboration tool in my team. It's a [creative] way to raise issues, identify problems, understand common themes across stakeholders and share ideas in a virtual setting. Every user is given a unique sticky note to jot down a point per sticky note and allows cross-collaboration across teams locally and abroad. I find this is particularly helpful as you can group certain themes/ideas together to quickly identify top concerns and issues. All in all, the Miro tool is easy to use, simple, and has no issues so far.

- for new users would be great if we can hover over the icons to understand what each feature does so we familiarise ourselves with the tool quicker
