Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I regularly use Miro for project planning work and program collaboration. Miro allows for multiple users to add to, evaluate and participate in program development. As we have moved to virtual work, Miro has replaced the whiteboard for our conferences (with many more bells and whistles).
  • Flow charts
  • Post-it note activities
  • ability to export tabular information easily
  • Allows easy straight forward collaboration
  • Excellent template/example resources
  • More colors in post-it notes or the ability to easily select colors. and different shaped post-its
  • Printing tools would be helpful in order to select an area to print or easily export pieces to PDF for printing. Maybe it does this but I haven't learned yet.
  • I am often searching for a template that will help me do my work. I don't know all the keywords that will help me do what I want so more images of what the templates look like. Opening and exploring templates takes a lot of time so being able to browse so I can identify the type of chart/tool I am looking for to solve my process/work issue. Many times I will search google for what the process is called then come back and look for a template to use.
  • Enabled easy review of large curriculum design project.
no specialization
We are using it as an educational organization with no integration on campus.
It has been an invaluable resource for my curriculum development team.

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
I regularly refer colleagues to Miro. It is my go-to "whiteboard" for drawing out processes and inserting images and documents for colleagues to reply to or comment on. I am often asked, "What is this program you are using?"
