Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for holding workshops and for collaborating in such workshops and meetings. Jamboard was our previous go-to tool, however, we immediately fell in love with Miro because of [its] great UX, available templates, and smart tooling to facilitate good online meetings. It's common to hear you have to be physically present for good workshops, but we've found we're missing all the tooling of Miro and even if we're physically gathered we use our laptops instead of a whiteboard to collaborate on. Recommend you give it a try for your workshops, team-building events, retros, etc!
  • Collaboration
  • Scrollable, very big, canvas.
  • Available templates for many different situations.
  • The upcoming Smart Meetings-features will bring great improvements for holding meetings.
  • Not really missing anything else so far.
  • Better online workshops.
  • Better collaboration.
  • Easier follow-up on old workshops & meetings.
Onboarding users is fairly simple and everyone should get a hang of it quite quickly. Get familiar with the different features & tooling for a smoother meeting.
Everything went smooth - [there are] many different ways of inviting to or sharing aboard.
We are better online than we are offline!

Miro is a much richer product, with an extensive third-party ecosystem, much better collaboration functionality. We really like the large canvas compared to Jamboard.
We've found Miro working really well for holding workshops and online meetings. The built-in templates [help] to get you started, or provide you with inspiration for the setup of a workshop. All collaboration features work really well. Given the extensive list of third-party integrations and surrounding ecosystem, it does support most scenarios and a rich permission structure. Have not really found it lacking in any part yet.
