Great Partner for Virtual, Agile and Interactive Meetings

I started to use Miro as a platform for organizing virtual meetings and connecting all my team members during the pandemic period. But now I'm currently using it both virtually and also when we are sitting at the same table! With Miro team members work in an interactive and new way, being part of the event and giving their contribution to the project on which we are talking. Basically, we use some functions like the virtual notes (post-it) for managing some tasks like a "Kanban Model" and also for summarizing ideas about a project. Every team member can also vote for every idea. With Miro, you can create a virtual place or different virtual places where people can work simultaneously at the same time, for sharing ideas and for a brainstorming session. I used Miro also for the organization of different virtual parties, like the Christmas or the Eastern one (also use some existing models shared by other Miro users). In a few words with Miro, you are close with the other team members even if you are not sitting in the same place and it is a great instrument for starting conversation about projects, new ideas, or also problems that people meet in the day by day activity and for solve them

Once we have known Miro, we use the platform for every project managed with people located in different sites and places. Basically, even if people are not sitting in the same room, they can work together in the virtual place with the online whiteboard. At the moment job travel is limited due to the pandemic risk and Miro is an instrument that helps the organization for being together.
