Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to plan the sprint for SW development and clearly visualize plans and steps. It's a powerful tool as many people can edit at the same time, it doesn't require long and expensive training to be used.
  • Shared same workplace, see modifications made by others
  • Easy and intuitive tools for the whiteboard
  • Create links with other files
  • Save version of the file, back up in case of modifications
  • Reduce time of alignment meetings
  • Reduce time to make plans
The best features are the reduced time to use the tool and clear workspace for collaborative working. No need to install software or other things.
Because some links can be created to internal Sharepoint sites or Jira, complex installations are not required for this tool
More people can work on the tool at the same time
