Easily implemented within all the teams, however, needed to get used to the system and for some colleagues a little bit tricky. However, they were able to learn it. Most importantly, it that is easy to use as you can invite people to collaborate and therefore work together remotely and simultaneously with external clients, etc

Ease of Integration

Miro tool is easily integrated and does not see any further complications. However, there is always a place to eliminate steps within the integration and therefore to make it more smooth and easy to implement - which would cause less time and effort overall. As already mentioned, I do not see any further complications

Collaboration

Miro impacted our organization’s ability to collaborate on new projects in a way that we can work remotely and in person at one time, we can work on ideas simultaneously and also asynchronous at the same time. As our team is placed within several countries this is the most important aspect of it and with the COVID-19 pandemic remote tools needed to be implemented in order to be productive and have the information in one place

Trello, Microsoft 365 Business Premium, Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and Adobe Analytics

more adjustability and most importantly being able to access the information from any computer and anytime you want and also to work simultaneously together even though we were working remotely. Those were the main aspects and at the same pattern we switch from adobe XD to Figma as it has the similar characteristics of the stack and quality
