Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Great Product, Great Support Team, Great Customer experience - Can't ask for much more in a service provider. Miro is an easy-to-use application with the flexibility to handle a variety of use cases. We use the product to support our agile development processes, IT documentation, sales and marketing planning, and a host of other situations. The application is user-friendly and has a wonderful training system built-in. This makes it possible to use it in a large organization without additional training costs. The application also offers an API for integration with other platforms which is a bonus for our company.

Our organization uses Miro to support all of our remote teams and local teams. Teams like IT Support, IT Development, Retail operations, training, marketing and sales, and even HR use this application for a number of different use cases. This single application approach allows us to train once and allow collaboration between all teams.
