Overall Satisfaction with Miro

- Organisation and structuring of projects to start. - a collaboration with students and other researchers for content development and sharing - digital and hybrid Workshops for Design Thinking and Workflow Development - content development and research of any kind - collaborative Meetings with partners - research about new Methods and Templates like UX Design, Workflow, etc.

Pros

  • Well organised and designed Templates
  • Interactive Flow Charts and Maps
  • App Integration
  • Multi-User Interaction

Cons

  • Simple Alignment and Fixation of Frames and Objects
  • Copy and Paste of Contents between two ore more Boards
  • Definition of Sizes and Ratios
  • faster responses and completion times of tasks
  • improved visibility of team progress
  • much improved productivity
  • instant responeses and feedbacks for ideas
Switching between different Boards of different Organisations is quite inconvenient. Maybe more than one user profile and easy changing between them should be considered. The Meeting notes function is very limited since there is no obvious or easy way to have a distinct assignment of notes and frames.
For MS Teams there is an integration, but since the overall control changes, it is pretty challenging to switch between the Miro apps. Since there is a browser-based Miro Version and an app Version, there is actually no real need for further integration.
very transparent and interactive team meetings screen sharing becomes unnecessary, so the meetings are more effective all work results and tasks are visible within an instant - everyone can see, understand and contribute
