I wish the feature allowed me to save in PDF form with better quality than the version I have.
I think there are some areas it could be simplified such as adding key words to a drop down like saving PDF, exporting, sharing, adding users. Workflow process map templates.
I think it's a good use for setting up team meetings and putting ideas in a visual format for all to see.

In my opinion this program is best suited for operations managers looking to provide Presentations to leadership, lean six sigma projects to eliminate waste and extra spending, clear visualizations to other businesses of process as well as collaboration. I don't think this is suitable for customers, nor is it suitable to folks in sales at GE.
