Overall Satisfaction with Miro

To showcase several tools in 1 overview instead of several PowerPoint slides. Sometimes there is a useful template in Miro, though not always fitting our needs.
  • overview
  • templates
  • different boards and projects possible
  • to easily make some parts of the board non-editable (by some users) so you can continue with the next part/template/assignment
  • Smaller steps in zooming
  • Have a left side menu where you can select which template in the board you would like to hoover too (instead of searching on the board)
  • some colleagues feel more confident in presenting when using a Miro board
Nope. I only saw the implementation from the sideline and was working on the implementation of about 9 other tools. So no useful insights from me on this one.
The continuous changes and improvements made to Miro and its integration in for example in MS Teams for me resulted in figuring things out all over again, every time I came back to the tool.
Well yes, but how is this different from for example Mural, Prezi, and other tools?

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

No

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

No

I guess that once you get the hang of it, the tool may provide some handy tricks. However, when used very little it brings quite some annoyances. Perhaps compare it with Excel: if you know your way around it can be brilliant, otherwise it is just another tool that doesn't really do it.
