Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is perfect to keep track of account vision and requirements. We use it to build remote workshops with key users to dynamically interact all over the world.

Pros

  • Manage multi-dimension information accessible on one click
  • Collaborative way to create/innovate in a remote situation
  • Simple user interface

Cons

  • Increase the number of ready to use cards/template (there is already a lot)
  • Provide some "Animator" capacity when working with multiple people on a workshop
  • Increase team productivity
  • Boost strategic decision and innovation
Implementation is great.
I am not confronted to any integration challenge. So i can't tell
This is the main feature that change my way of working! Great for internal discussion but also amazing with customer workshop

Miro is well suited to create interaction between remote teams. Miro is well suited to create sketches & visions boards. Miro is less appropriate as a document container: have a 360° vision of all the important information.
