Overall Satisfaction with Miro

As a collaboration tool to discuss design options and ideas.

Pros

  • It allows for dialogue
  • It allows for documenting very complex and extensive system designs
  • Multiple users can easily make updates without a lot of back and forth common in the traditional documentation methods

Cons

  • Integration with other collaboration/workflow tool like Confluence and Jira
  • Improved collaboration.
  • Better and Faster Documentation reviews
It is doing a great job with collaboration. Ideas can be shared a lot more easily and everyone on the team is up-to-date with what the others are thinking/designing.

To discuss architecture designs and review it across the teams - it allows for silo'ed working while also having a transparent layer of sharing with the team without any overhead of sending emails/attachments etc.
