Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro to create mind maps and flow charts. The mind maps are used to create and present professional development sessions to other educators. I have also used Miro for timelines in my history classes. I liked how easy it was to create the timeline and to add facts and other graphics highlighting historical events and artifacts.

- I had a problem with my account. It was hard to tell which account I was using, the old one or the new.
- It is sometimes touted as a virtual whiteboard, but Miro doesn't offer as many options for handwritten input as some other whiteboards.
- Smart drawing feature doesn't always recognize the shapes.
- Because I am an educator, my account had been free which I hugely appreciate.
- The three board limit on the free account it too restrictive.
- The paid accounts seemed too expensive.
I have not spent time sharing information on the whiteboard. I found the feature set too limiting.

It lacks some of the mappings and flow chart features of Lucid Chart but was better as a whiteboard. It lacked some features of Windows Ink but was better as a mapping tool.
