Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for planning and brainstorming, particularly when the team is working virtually and we want to brainstorm collaboratively at the same time
  • Real time updates
  • Ability of being able to use colour, shapes, pictures
  • The new features like the timer and voting
  • Miro can be hard to navigate around, especially when it's a big board
  • It can also be a little hard when there's multiple people working in it at the same time, as some people click into the same objects/move around objects you're trying to work with
  • Less time spent on planning
Our team specifically weren't involved with the implementation
Haven't really used Miro integrations, wasn't aware there were any
As more parts of the business and more teams work towards remote working, Miro has made it easier to collaborate on new projects

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

We don't really use Trello anymore as Asana provides the capability we need from Trello + more. While Asana and Jira are great for workflow management, they don't provide as good collaboration capabilities.
I find Miro works really well for brainstorming/planning and reviewing a completed process. However, if we need to get into quite a lot of detail, link to other documents, or include other media I've found it's less suitable
