Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it for the UX modeling and development of AWS web-based applications. In addition to UX design, Miro has been used to essentially replace Visio when designing and walking through business processes as well. This facilitates more rapid development but has both the process design and the UX within the same application. The other nice thing is Miro allows the team to better collaborate on the solution.
  • UI presentation
  • UI dynamics changes
  • Process Design
  • Team Collaboration
  • Better use case dynamics functionality
  • Adding lists of inputs and output to process flows boxes
  • Enhance UX by allowing company used standard UX item to be uploaded.
  • Helped reduce time to market
  • Reduced rework of development teams as team was involved in design from scratch.
  • Still more effort in UX because some things did not carry over from process design.
Very satisfied. Miro was integrated very successfully without a lot of rework. Our team is just a user of the application but the setup of the individual users was very simple and effortless. We had no major outages of the application since it was installed. Good centralized mgmt.
Very easy to use. We are just the system users and not the managing group. That said, integration was fairly seamless. What would be a great addition is if we could take existing processes and UX designs developed in other applications like Visio for example and import them. I could see that being extremely helpful in the future.
Whiteboard has been one of the best features of the tool by allowing collaboration across remote teams. This Covid, everyone has been working remotely. We have been quite productive in delivering applications using the Miro because its strong collaboration structure. We were able to have the entire project team and business partners all weigh in on designs via Webex using the tool.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro has added a positive dimension for collaborating on journey mapping and process design. Unlike Visio, Miro has really been beneficial during Covid where everyone has been working remotely. We were still able to have joint Webex calls with both the business and project team to develop the application design together. This really saved on rework improving delivery time.
Great for Process design and UX story design. We started developing and new application where Miro was central to this process. It allowed us to collaborate and develop processes flowing in real-time. With a remote team being in place during Covid, this proved to be a great value. If One this would be nice would be to have input and output carry thru to UX design from process maps.
