Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for our weekly team health meetings and retros. It has become especially useful in a time when all of our work is done remotely. It's a place where we can all contribute and share. For us, it often functions as a whiteboard, where if we were working in person, we would physically be putting sticky notes on the wall. This technology has become easily integrated into our regular routine and helps us do what we need.

Pros

  • retro boards
  • collaborative
  • team health meeting
  • live collaboration
  • accessible
  • shareable

Cons

  • laggy with a lot of people working in one project
  • flexibility for remote employees
  • collaboration from anywhere
I feel like the implementation of Miro was smooth. I reviewed Miro today and noticed there are a lot of great integrations we don't use. Would be lovely to learn more about the options there.
I give this rating because it's easy for everybody to access, use, and learn. It meshes well with all the software our team uses on a daily basis. The UI is approachable and easy to use. I think it's a great tool for everyone and it especially enhances visual brainstorming.
Miro has improved our organization's ability to collaborate on both new and existing projects. With all of our employees working remotely, it has become essential in our toolbox of software.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro doesn't work well when there are a lot of people using it at once; it can become laggy. Miro also barely works when bandwidth is slow, but everything becomes slow then. It ends up freezing a lot in this case. Miro has been very well suited for our team health review meetings and our regular retros.
