Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is a very good tool for remote and virtual collaboration within teams. The user experience is good and easy to use. I particularly use it for activities that involve ideation and brainstorming, where the vote features work well. The templates in Miro also give a very good direction to set during the meetings. The Frames feature is wonderful to prepare for meetings and to present step by step.
Pros
- Infinite white board, so good for endless brainstorming and re-working without losing any previous work
- Frames for arranging and using during actual meetings
- Voting feature, especially useful during brainstorming sessions
- Templates for easy and quick reference
Cons
- I do get stuck between scrolling and zooming sometimes, that interface can be made more easy for smoother transition
- Took a while to learn how to edit templates to custom suit our needs, that can be simplified
- Can add an ability to add favourite Apps in the left pane for quick access
- Enabled innovative ideas
- Easier collaboration
- Improved engagement levels
Miro has been fantastic to collaborate, especially on new projects. Brainstorming of ideas, pre-defined templates, voting all make it super easy to crystallize ideas into a clear and succinct form. The easy of use by adding post it cards and icons and pictures really enables teams to convey their ideas in a clear manner.

Both are equally good, depends on how familiar you are on which interface.
