Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use it for collaboration/workshops when meeting in person was restricted because of Covid. It's a good stand-in for what we would normally do with post-its in a room. We're also beginning to use it more for agile working.
Pros
- Remote Collaboration
- Recording actions
- Brainstorming
Cons
- It needs someone familiar with it to set up boards
- More free templates as it's very time consuming building them
- Integration with teams
- It's filled a gap when hybrid working was it place
- I don't think it's had a measurable impact
It has certainly helped with remote work - I think the only downside is you absolutely have to have two screens for it to work so some more seamless integration would help the collaboration much more. Ideas for how to use it in a hybrid way too would be great, as we only use it when everyone is remote.
