Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro has been a great help to ensure teams keep collaborating while working from home. It's easy to use and allows users to collaborate at the same time making it very engaging. It's especially good to ensure the more quiet members of the team feel more comfortable participating in team exercises.
  • Collaboration
  • Creativity
  • Empowering all team members to participate
  • When there's lots of elements (including pictures) it takes a bit to load
  • Reduces friction between teams
  • Makes it easier to share with stakeholders
It was very easy to implement Miro. The first few times the team had to use it there were a few questions about how to do some specific actions, but after understanding how that was done it became quite intuitive for everyone to use it on a more daily basis.
Miro integrates with various different tools in the market and it's quite easy to add assets that are created elsewhere on the Miro boards as images (that they can be edited using Miro's features as well). That way all the work can be used and combined on this one tool.
Miro has been a critical tool since teams had to start working from home on a regular basis. Being part of a creative team that requires interaction in order to create assets, having the ability to have a tool that enables real-time participation made it all much easier. Even now that the team is back at the office a few days per week, we're still using Miro as our main tool for our creative meetings.

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is great for any scenario that involves teams participating in the same project. It's great to ensure that the more quiet team members feel comfortable participating in group exercises. It's also a great solution to create anything that requires space to be visualized (eg: journeys, processes, etc). Miro is less appropriate if you're trying to use it as a product management tool.
