Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We have been using Miro for about a year across UAL. We have found Miro to be a flexible system that has been used effectively with staff and students. It is easy to pick up and use, which has made Miro a useful tool for collaborative learning.
- Collaborative learning
- Brainstorming and planning
- Storyboarding
- Miro Works well on tablets, find it hard to use with a mouse
- Would be good to easily lock down backgrounds and boxes
- ALthough the templates are great, some more specific ones for storyboarding would be great
- Miro is great but tends to be used in the same way, it would be good to have examples of other innovative use, either from Miro or from other users
- it would be good to use Miro across the whole institution but is too costly so we have to be careful where it's implemented
Miro has been invaluable as a collaborative tool, it has made it easy to work online on projects with everyone able to participate effectively. The ability to continue on the board after the initial session is really useful. It's easy to pick up and is being used for a number of different things, from Storyboarding and collaborative sessions through to individual brainstorming activities
