For training purposes, it was a good collaborative and interactive tool that allowed multiple users to view and work on items together.

Zoom in/out easily

The implementation of Miro was easy to use and very intuitive. Things were laid out in a manner that everyone can access things and view the same things that the trainer was discussing at the time. It was my first time using this type of tool and I thought it was very good.

Ease of Integration

I don't have any feedback on the ease of integration because I did not have any role to play on that front. There is nothing additional that I can add to this feedback question since I didn't have that responsibility. I will check with colleagues on their feedback for this.

Collaboration

Miro’s online whiteboard helps unite teams with remote workers or
multiple locations. Miro impacted your organization’s ability to
collaborate on training efforts. The trainer was well versed in its usage and the tool was intuitive to use. I think it would be helpful for organizations that require training for groups so they can collaborate on different things and return to it.

Alternatives Considered

I was not involved with the selection process so can't give any feedback on how the product I used stacked up against other products. I'm not sure what the criteria was used for selection but it was used for our training and it went well. There were no complaints about it.

Likelihood to Recommend

Group Training scenarios based on your experience where Miro is well suited. Our team was able to use it while the trainer was directing us and showing us the roadmap of the different training topics and agenda. It was very easy to use and access and mostly everyone had no issues with it.
