Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is incredibly useful for ideation-type activities, whether individually or in a team situation. It can be quite useful for project planning or evaluation exercises. It is quite good to mock up data dashboards before implementing them, walking through potential users to get feedback early in the design process. Miro acts as a team whiteboard in times when people are asked to work from home.
- Wide range of templates and use case ideas
- Intuitive user interface
- Good integration with Microsoft Teams
- Version control for things that get accidentally deleted
- More formatting options for text in post it notes
- More integrations with other online tools
- Greater collaboration
- More lateral thinking
- Increased productivity
Miro makes it easier for remote teams to collaborate on projects or work requiring ideation that typically requires an in person-environment. With this tool, people are not necessarily disadvantaged anymore when they are working from home, as everyone has the same view of the board and access to change it.
