Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Generally, we use Miro to collaborate when different departments should discuss some process, idea, or decision. Also, some of my teams use it in different ways like - mind map, process flow designer, kanban boards, etc.

Pros

  • mind map
  • brain strom minds

Cons

  • In my opinion, it's difficult to find an area when working together and the project is big. So it'll be nice to have some auto-positioning or track (follow by choosing user)
  • In my case allow easier to work remotely with teams in discussion mode. I can't calculate some economic value cause in IT the remote mode does not new feature

We use both for different cases - draw.io more to make information or pre-architectual schemes
